What is EVICTION PROTECTION?
With this service Manager will manage the dispossessory process on behalf of Owner, where a monetary or contractual event of default has been declared and uncured within the time permitted. Under the election, Manager will undertake commencing the dispossessory proceeding and pay for all costs associated with the initial dispossessory process up to $600.00 in the aggregate, as well as, attorney appearance as necessary at the initial Magistrate Court scheduled hearing. Additional services, including but not limited to, obtaining Writ of Possession, Executing Writ of Possession (Extraction), trash out of property, OR collections of sums due are not included in Eviction Protection Plan Plus.
